As we honor President’s Day we are reminded of renewed hope and optimism and it seems only appropriate that we honor the Cheetah.... a glorious creature eager to make their mark in this world.

Indeed, President’s Day is a significant reminder that we are all – black, white, even spotted brown– in this world together. We at Safari West feel that the celebration of our heritage, gives us a moment to reflect on our myriad blessings, as well as the challenges, discoveries and possibilities that await each of us on our journey through this world.

What makes this special!
Some very special guests will have the chance to meet one of our Cheetahs close up! Safari West will give away a very special Meet A Cheetah Experience on President’s Day, February 20th. Guests coming to Safari West need only to email cheetah@safariwest.com to tell why they would like an opportunity to get up close and personal with our glorious cheetahs. All submissions must be made by Friday, February 17th at midnight.

Limited to two guests over the age of twelve! The winner will be chosen by our Cheetah Handlers, based on why they want to meet our Cheetahs. During this encounter, we encourage the winner to bring a camera – short of going to Africa – this is a very special photo opportunity.
