The private safari is also an excellent opportunity for you to direct your own wildlife photo shoot as a photographer.  You can spend the time you need to capture the perfect image, wait for an elusive moment or ask your driver to position you for just the right angle (safety permitted, of course!).  There is also more flexibility in safari times, meaning more ability to get the lighting you want!
