After everyone else has returned to the base camp...you set out in the evening in an open-air safari vehicle in search of zebra, blue wildebeest, Cape buffalo, Watusi cattle, kudu all enhanced by the subtle afternoon glow of dusk. Continue on your tour while you might encounter Cape buffalo charging up a hillside, impala leaping over logs and streams, or a herd of wildebeest galloping across the horizon. With a little luck, you might even find yourself eye-to-eye with a towering, curious Watusi!

Dine out...Waay Out...
During the drive your guide will choose a time to stop by Watusi Lake where you will encounter your dinner awaiting you on a safari table appointed with a white table cloth, place settings wine glasses...and dine out...way out! There you will be served dinner and selected wines and beer out in our bush! Your safari dining experience will be situated on a majestic hillside, pitched to gaze upon the serene silhouettes of wandering wildebeest and twisting trees.
