Need to know:
Tour times are dependent upon availability. All reservations require a credit card and tours will be charged 100% at the time of booking. Please remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before the safari is scheduled to leave.

Please note..our wildlife tours include a drive of 1 1/2 to 2 hours long over bumpy and rugged terrain and best suited for children over the age of 3 years old and may be uncomfortable for pregnant women. The entire tour (including the walk) is approximately 3 hours. Because of the check in procedure and to allow time to visit our Gift Shop, guests should allow up to 4 hours at Safari West.

Cancellation Policy: Tours and Meal cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. We will be happy to refund your payment, less a $20 cancellation fee, if you notify us 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Lodging cancellations must be made within two weeks of your arrival date.

Tipping Policy:
Yes! Our knowledgeable, naturalist tour guides do accept tips...If you enjoyed your ride, please feel free to tip your guide!

Pet Policy: Please, NO PETS are allowed at Safari West.  Service animals are allowed on property.
