Conservation Dinner Series: Megan Isadore of River Otter Ecology Project joins us in the elephant room after dinner to give a talk about the river otter. The conservation dinner series is complementary to all dinner guests. If you’d do not have a dinner reservation and would like to join, please book here. The conservation dinner series is sponsored by the Safari West Wildlife Foundation (SWWF).
Megan is a Co-founder and Executive Director of the River Otter Ecology Project and Deputy North American Coordinator for the International Union for the Conservation of Nature’s Otter Specialist Group/Species Survival Commission.
Before delving into watershed ecology through working toward endangered salmon recovery for the Salmon Protection and Watershed Network, she produced continuing medical education programs for doctors, rehabbed raccoons, opossums, and squirrels, and provided training in wildlife/human conflict mediation for municipalities and the public.
Her favorite things besides all things wildlife are painting, her cats and husband (she won’t say in which order), and road trips.
