Elephant Room

Elephant Room by Ray Mabry

Nestled at the back of the Savannah Café is the charming Elephant Room. So named for the impressive carved mural that adorns the western wall, this option is ideal for those looking for wild ambiance but don’t wish to forego those A/V options. Make use of the supplied projectors and audio system as the birds of the Treetops aviary sing nearby. A banquet table and podium mark the front of the room while canvas back chairs and long, hand-carved tables outfit the audience space. When the weather is nice, there is also an attached back patio available for use.

  • Dining seating for up to 60 guests
  • Wireless Internet
  • Projector, microphones, and speakers
  • Outdoor patio for additional activity space

Flamingo Landing

For those looking for something less formal and more flamboyant, we recommend Flamingo Landing. A more recent addition to the Safari West scene, this arbored concrete patio overlooks the flamingo lagoons and the gazelle pasture. While less private than the Elephant Room, the stunning views and the close proximity to the wildlife make this location ideal for a more relaxed affair.

This space makes for an easy transition to a safari or other adventure.

  • Typically seats 50 guests comfortably
  • Enjoy the animals directly next to your dining area
  • Take full advantage of the tapestry of the great outdoors!

Gazebo

Gazebo-by Ray Mabry

If you prefer the outdoors with a little more seclusion, then our gazebo may be more in-tune with what you are looking for. Stalks of bamboo add an element of privacy to your gathering. Enjoy the exotic sounds of the animals as you dine. Ceiling fans can be used on balmy summer days or heaters on brisk winter ones.

This area does have a covered ceiling and available overhead lighting.
